If you would like to know more about technical innovations in sustainable living, participate in The Green Village Tour! This tour will lead you though The Green Village which is located at the TU Delft Campus. The Green Village is an open air experimental hub where researchers and entrepreneurs can test and demonstrate their research in sustainable innovations. One of the innovations tested at The Green Village is the hyperloop, a concept from Elon Musk: a proposed mode of transport for passengers or freight that moves through a vacuum, that causes the vehicle to very fast. Another project which is located at The Green Village is the Living Lab, a house in which the newest and latest innovations are applied to for example reduce CO2-emissions with 90% when compared to regular housing.
The Evening Tour will take place on two days: Wednesday 6 June (starting time 12 pm and 6 pm) and Thursday 7 June (starting time 4 pm and 8 pm). A tour takes about 1.5 hours in which you will visit 5 locations on foot. Before and/or afterwards there will be time to visit the International Festival of Technology.
